Our primary development center is in Pune. Besides Pune, there are multiple satellite locations that people also work from.

Our employee strength is currently around 100 spread across the globe. We are looking to grow to 250 people strong in the next 2 years.

Ignitiv was founded in 2013 by IIT/IIM alumni who are seasoned executives and technology leaders in e-commerce, store solutions, mobile and big data analytics with proven records of leading previous companies to scale. Ignitiv is funded by leading Angel investors and successful Silicon Valley entrepreneurs.

Ignitiv is a Customer Experience company. Anyone working with us for 3-5 years gain enough vertical and horizontal domain experience to be deemed as experts in eCommerce/ Retail/ Analytics Domain in the market.

Almost 70% of our projects typically range between 6m and 1 year duration with a 20-member team. We have a good, referenceable customer base with a lot of repeat customers.

At Ignitiv, we use all the latest technologies. Based on project requirement and suitability, our team has technical skills ranging from Angular.JS, React.JS, Node.JS, Java/ J2EE, Spring, NoSQL databases to the usual HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery etc.

All technical resources are engaged in live projects for clients based in the US and Canada. Once a project gets over, the resources are re-allocated to other projects based on priority. There is zero bench time.

Ignitiv actively seeks only development projects. People joining us work on our own projects and are NOT outsourced to third parties.

Yes, since our client base is US and Canada, there are various Short-Term & Long-Term onsite opportunities in the company that come up from time to time. The opportunities are made available based on project requirements, and other factors like specific technical expertise, familiarity with the projects and the number of years that the employee has spent in the organization.

Depending upon the years of experience, there are at least rounds of technical interviews followed by a HR round. An offer usually goes out in 2-3 weeks from the date of first round of interview.

Our last performance appraisal process was conducted in April 2021.

At Ignitiv, we assess each individual according to their capabilities and contribution and do not place them in pre-decided raise brackets. It is a dynamic process that we follow based on round-the-year performance. Since our hiring is aligned towards onboarding good performers, the hikes are usually above market norms in an average business performance year.
